Terms of Service
1. Membership
ARCHON AI is a private membership platform. Access is granted annually. There are no monthly recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your paid year.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform for legitimate brand management. You may not use ARCHON to generate unlawful content, impersonate others, or deploy bot farms. Generated content is your responsibility; you must review before publishing.
3. Brand Sovereignty
You retain all rights to content you generate. ARCHON claims no ownership of your Brand DNA or output. We do not sell your data or serve ads against your account.
4. Payments
Annual membership is billed in advance via Stripe. All major credit cards are accepted. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
The ARCHON AI platform, its design, and its underlying technology are protected by copyright and DMCA provisions. Content displayed on the platform is protected against unauthorized copying.
6. Limitation of Liability
ARCHON AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for consequences of content you choose to publish, nor for indirect or incidental damages. Our liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior twelve months.
7. Termination
We may suspend access for breach of these terms. You may cancel anytime. Upon termination, your data is removed from active systems within 30 days.
